So, I spent the weekend at a life coaching workshop at Naturecare College, and it was just lovely!

The first day was a bit of a struggle thanks to a very sore back/neck, but the shiatsu massage I had on Friday night was like a magic tonic (well, a very rough and painful tonic!).

My homework was to make a list of all the qualities I need in a relationship, so I wrote them all in a pretty card that kind of tied in with some symbols that came up for me today, and it was a card I've had stashed away for ages and have never been able to give it away, and haven' t really wanted to, either! It comes across as way creepy online, I have just realised as I have attached it. Oh well, nevermind....

I looked at the most mutually beneficial relationships I have in my life right now and at the qualities that they have in common and came up with the list, and I think it's realistic:

Firstly, when doing the bay shuffle this morning, a man in a car passed by, SHAVING! For the love of Mike! I was outraged, but, being an old person in training I do like to be outraged.

The other thing was a lady in a tshirt that said Joyce on it, and I thought it was cute that she had her name on her shirt, until she got closer and I realised it was James Joyce.
