Maybe this is a good idea - not sure yet. I need to be able to express my thoughts and ideas somewhere.

Being driven mad by kids who want to throttle each other (James and Tim) and Betsy who is not well and finds it hilarious to blow bubbles of snot and spit chocolate milk. Who says being disabled is not fun?

Feeling fairly okay today. Not depressed for a change. Staying away from alcohol seems to be good for me. Took two walks today, ate fish, apples and drank fruit juice (won't mention more than adequate consumption of chocolate)

Thought about working on the doll....but got no further. Didn't get to chat with anyone today (seems strange!)
